Smart Parker (Pty) Ltd manages on-street paid parking on behalf of the Municipal Council of Manzini. We work in partnership with the Council, with tariffs, hours and enforcement guided by its parking Bye-Laws.

Smart Parker (Pty) Ltd runs on-street paid parking on behalf of the Municipal Council of Manzini under Partnership ref. MCMz 351 of 2024/25.
Parking fees are collected on behalf of the Council. Tariffs, hours and enforcement follow the Council’s parking Bye-Laws. Parking revenue supports the services that keep the city working.

Smart Parker is exploring digital payments, bay sensors and a mobile experience to help drivers find, pay and extend parking from a phone.
These ideas support Manzini’s Vision 2030. They are not yet part of the current service; parking is paid in cash to a uniformed Inspector.
